For my ecommerce business, the key driver to success was happy customers leading to repeat purchases and referrals.
Happy customers were the result of excellent customer service that came from delivering what was promised and that too very quickly.
This was only achievable by automating inventory, fulfilment, and accounting across all the channels I sold. In addition, I wanted something to save my precious hours wasted in repeated daily operations.
I went looking for software that could aid me in achieving this. Unfortunately, everything available was too basic, incomplete, complicated, or pricey. That’s where Asaan Retail came into existence.
The e-commerce industry has seen a massive surge in the pandemic era. The convenience of earning and its endless opportunities are unmatchable, and we all have witnessed its exponential growth in the past few years.
I became an online seller a few years ago, and that’s when I realised the potential of systems and automation in this business that can be a game-changer for many retailers in Pakistan.
My fellow co-founder and I combined our experiences as sellers and professional skillset in software development to build a robust and holistic solution for e-commerce sellers. We aim to revolutionise the traditional business practices, allowing sellers to cut the time spent on repetitive, manual tasks and focus on growth and scaling their business.
